One of the questions we receive all the time is, “Don’t I need a representative that resides in my city?” The simple and absolute answer to this common question is, “not at all!” Because of the provisions in the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration’s administrative process, any work that is required in any case can be done from just about any location. There is simply no restrictions imposed as the result of your representative not residing in your local area. We have been assisting taxpayers throughout California and across the country since our inception without any issues.
