Please review the schedule below to see if the field you would like is available.  There are no designated time slots.  You simply pick a date and time (providing the EGSSC field coordinator, currently Kai Mickey, with both date and desired time via email at coachkai@staxes.com) that is not conflicting with the existing scheduled teams and the time will be yours provided nobody else has already requested the time and I just haven't updated the schedule yet (updates to the schedule will be made in as real time as possible).  There are two available slots per field. You will receive a return email only if the time is not available. HOWEVER, Your spot is only confirmed once your team has been added to the schedule posted on the website so be sure to check the schedule following your request to be sure you have been added. The plan is to try to make all changes each evening (when possible) so please allow until the morning after your request to get the schedule updated. All teams using fields at anytime other than during their regularly scheduled practice assignments MUST reserve these extra times through this process in order to avoid inherrent conflicts. If teams reserve the fields and do not end up showing up they risk the chance that they will not be able to reserve the fields in the future.  There may also be times when the reserved field may need to be cancelled in order to be used for a club or league activity and we apologize now for any future inconveniences this might cause your teams. We appreciate your understanding if this happens to your team.
